デフォルト動作: 認識結果は確認画面に表示され、「記録する」ボタンを押すとヘルスケアに保存されます。
- 通常: 確認画面で数値を確認し、「記録する」を選択すると保存されます
- 自動記録（オプション）: 設定で「自動記録」をオンにすると、高信頼度の認識結果は確認画面なしで自動的にヘルスケアに記録されます
認識精度が低い場合は、自動記録がオンでも確認画面が表示されます。
保存前の場合: 確認画面で数値を確認できます。正しくないと思ったら「記録しない」を選択し、再度撮影してください。
保存後の場合: 誤った数値が保存された場合は、iOSのヘルスケアアプリから削除してください。詳しい操作方法についてはヘルスケアアプリでご確認ください。
手順: アプリを開き「設定」→「アプリについて」→「購入を復元」をタップする。

1. 収集する情報の種類

- 健康関連データ（HealthKit）: 血糖値データの書き込み・読み取り。お使いの端末およびApple HealthKitに保存されます。HealthKitの保存・同期の挙動（iCloud等）は、ユーザーの端末設定およびAppleの仕様に従います。
- デバイス情報: 端末内で処理され、当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
- デバイス内保存情報: 無料使用回数、購入状態、設定情報。当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
- 収集しない情報: 本アプリでは広告SDKやアナリティクスサービスを使用せず、ユーザー登録機能もありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
血糖値の記録と健康管理支援、血糖値変化の表示。これ以外の目的には利用しません。
3. 第三者への提供
当社は画像データ、音声データ、およびHealthKitデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有しません。
4. Apple HealthKit特記事項
- HealthKitデータを広告、マーケティング、データマイニング目的で使用しません
- HealthKitデータをデータブローカーに販売しません
- 当社はHealthKitデータを当社の外部サーバーに送信・保存しません。HealthKitの保存・同期（iCloud等）の挙動は、ユーザーの端末設定およびAppleの仕様に従います
- HealthKitへのアクセスはiOSの設定からいつでも取り消せます
5. セキュリティ対策
データ最小化設計、原則として端末内での処理、Keychainによる機密情報保護、HealthKitの暗号化による保護を採用しています。
6. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。アプリの機能利用において、当社は個人情報を収集しません。
7. ユーザーの権利
- すべてのユーザー: HealthKitデータの管理・削除はiOSのApple Health（ヘルスケア）アプリから可能です。表示項目はiOSバージョンにより異なる場合があります。アプリ削除時、iOSがヘルスケアデータの削除を確認します。
- EU/EEA居住者（GDPR）: 苦情申立て権、同意の撤回権。
- カリフォルニア州居住者（CCPA/CPRA）: 知る権利、削除権、オプトアウト権。
- 中国居住者（PIPL）: 知る権利、閲覧・複製権、削除権。当社が運営するサーバーへの国外移転は行いません。ただし、iCloud同期等のAppleサービスは、ユーザー設定およびAppleの仕様に依存します。
- 韓国居住者（PIPA）: 処理中止要求権。
- ブラジル居住者（LGPD）: データ移行要求権。
8. お問い合わせについて
ユーザーが当社へお問い合わせを行う場合、当社は返信対応のために、メールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を取得・利用します。これらの情報はサポート対応の目的にのみ用い、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。対応完了後は合理的な期間で削除または匿名化します。
9. 準拠法と管轄
本ポリシーは日本法を準拠法とします。各地域の居住者には該当する法律（GDPR、CCPA/CPRA、PIPL、LGPD、PIPA）が適用されます。
10. 多言語版について
本プライバシーポリシーは日本語を正文とします。他言語版との間に矛盾がある場合、日本語版を優先します。ただし、この規定は各居住国・地域の消費者保護法その他の強行法規に基づくユーザーの権利を制限するものではありません。

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、合同会社AllNew（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「GlucoSnap」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本アプリを利用するものとします。
2. 利用開始と同意
ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロードし、インストールまたは利用を開始した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意しない場合、本アプリをご利用いただくことはできません。
3. 本アプリの概要と対応機器
本アプリは、血糖値測定器のディスプレイに表示された数値をカメラで撮影し、Apple標準の文字認識（OCR）技術を用いて読み取り、Apple HealthKit（ヘルスケア）に記録するアプリケーションです。また、音声認識（Apple Speech Framework）による数値入力にも対応しています。
- 入力方法: カメラ撮影によるOCR認識、および音声認識による数値入力に対応しています。音声データは認識処理後に即時破棄され、当社のサーバーへの送信はありません。
- 対応測定器: デジタル表示の血糖値測定器に対応しています。アナログ表示の測定器には対応しておりません。
- 対応血糖値範囲: iOSのヘルスケア設定に応じて、20〜600 mg/dLまたは1.1〜33.3 mmol/Lの範囲に対応しています。
- 対応デバイス: iOS 17.0以降を搭載したiPhone。
4. プライバシーポリシーおよびHealthKitデータの取り扱い
当社は、本アプリの利用に関連して取り扱う情報を別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
Apple HealthKitに記録されたデータについて、当社は以下を遵守します:
- HealthKitデータを広告、マーケティング、またはデータマイニング目的で使用しません
- HealthKitデータをデータブローカーや第三者に販売・提供しません
- HealthKitデータを当社が運用するサーバーへ送信・保存しません
5. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの目的と異なる利用
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- リバースエンジニアリング、解析、改変、複製、再配布
- 第三者の血糖値データを無断で撮影・記録する行為
- その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
6. 健康情報に関する注意
本アプリは一般的なウェルネスおよびフィットネス支援を目的としたものであり、医療機器ではありません。健康状態に関する疑問や不安がある場合は医師にご相談ください。
7. 認識精度について
- 認識精度の非保証: OCR認識および音声認識の精度は100%ではありません。撮影条件（照明、角度、ディスプレイの反射等）や音声条件（周囲の騒音、発話の明瞭さ、アクセント、マイクの状態等）により、認識精度が低下する場合があります。
- デフォルト動作: 認識結果は確認画面に表示され、ユーザーが「記録する」を選択した場合にApple HealthKit（ヘルスケア）へ記録されます。
- 自動記録オプション: 設定で「自動記録」を有効にした場合、高信頼度の認識結果はユーザーの確認なしに自動でヘルスケアへ記録されます。低信頼度の場合は確認画面が表示されます。
- 記録後の訂正方法: 誤った値を修正したい場合は、iOSの「ヘルスケア」アプリで該当データを削除した上で、本アプリで再度認識・記録を行ってください。
- 免責: OCRおよび音声入力の誤認識による記録について、当社は責任を負いません。
8. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
9. 免責事項
当社は、本アプリの機能が中断なく動作すること、OCR認識結果および音声認識結果が常に正確であることを保証しません。
当社が損害賠償責任を負う場合でも、当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当社の責任は通常かつ直接の損害に限られます。なお、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限される範囲では本項は適用されません。
10. 料金および支払
15回まで無料でお使いいただけます。過去に購入された場合は「購入を復元」機能をご利用ください。
11. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
12. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
13. 多言語版について

The app automatically evaluates recognition confidence.
- High confidence: Automatically saved to HealthKit without confirmation
- Low confidence: A confirmation screen is shown with the detected value. "Record this value" saves it; "Don't Record" prompts you to retake.
When the app determines confidence is low, data will not be saved unless you explicitly approve it.
Before saving: If the recognition confidence is low, the app will show a confirmation screen. If the value looks incorrect, choose "Don't Record" and retake the photo.
After saving: High-confidence readings are automatically saved. If incorrect data was saved, delete it from the iOS Health app. Please refer to the Health app for detailed instructions.
Steps: Open the app → Settings → About → Restore Purchase.
Important: This app does not send or store your blood glucose data or captured images on our external servers. Blood glucose data is stored on your device and in Apple HealthKit. Captured images are discarded immediately after OCR processing. Health data storage/sync behavior (including iCloud) and Apple-side processing depend on your device settings and Apple's system behavior.

- Device Info: Processed on your device; not transmitted to servers operated by us.
- Local Storage: Free usage count, purchase status, settings. Not transmitted to servers operated by us.
- What We Don't Collect: We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, or user registration in this App.
2. How We Use Information
Blood glucose recording, health management support, and displaying blood glucose trends. No other purposes.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not provide, sell, or share image data, voice data, or HealthKit data with third parties.
4. Apple HealthKit
- HealthKit data is not used for advertising, marketing, or data mining
- HealthKit data is not sold to data brokers
- We do not transmit or store HealthKit data on our own external servers. How Health data may be stored or synced (including via iCloud) depends on your device settings and Apple's system behavior
- HealthKit access can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings
5. Security
We employ data minimization, on-device processing where possible, Keychain protection, and HealthKit encryption.
6. Children's Privacy
This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not collect personal information through the App's functionality.
7. Your Rights
- All Users: You can manage or delete HealthKit data through the iOS Apple Health app. Navigation paths may vary depending on your iOS version. When uninstalling, iOS asks whether to delete health data.
- EU/EEA (GDPR): Right to lodge complaints, withdraw consent.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, delete, opt-out. We don't sell personal information.
- China (PIPL): Right to know, access, correct, delete. We do not transfer your data to servers operated by us outside your country. Note that Apple services (such as iCloud sync) may involve processing outside your region depending on your settings and Apple's system behavior.
- South Korea (PIPA): Right to request processing suspension.
- Brazil (LGPD): Right to data portability.
8. When You Contact Us
If you contact us, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message to respond to your inquiry. We use this information solely for customer support and do not share it with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Japanese law. Regional laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL, LGPD, PIPA) apply to respective residents.
10. Translations
The Japanese version of this Privacy Policy is the authoritative text. In case of any conflict between translated versions and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail. However, this does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable regulations in your country or region of residence.

These Terms of Service govern your use of "GlucoSnap" (the "App"), provided by AllNew LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. App Description and Compatibility
The App captures glucose meter displays using your camera, reads the numbers using built-in text recognition (OCR) technology, and records them to Apple HealthKit. The App also supports voice recognition (Apple Speech Framework) for numerical input.
- Input Methods: Camera-based OCR recognition and voice recognition for numerical input. Voice data is discarded immediately after processing and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Supported Meters: Digital display glucose meters. Analog meters are not supported.
- Blood Glucose Range: 20–600 mg/dL or 1.1–33.3 mmol/L
- Supported Devices: iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later
4. Privacy Policy and HealthKit Data Handling
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Regarding data recorded in Apple HealthKit, we commit to the following:
- We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes
- We do not sell or provide HealthKit data to data brokers or third parties
- We do not transmit or store HealthKit data on servers operated by us
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using the App for purposes other than blood glucose tracking
- Violating any laws or third-party rights
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
- Recording third parties' blood glucose data without consent
6. Health Disclaimer
This App is for general wellness and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
7. Recognition Accuracy
- No Guarantee: Neither OCR nor voice recognition accuracy is guaranteed to be 100%. Accuracy may decrease due to shooting conditions (lighting, angle, display reflections, etc.) or voice conditions (ambient noise, speech clarity, accent, microphone conditions, etc.).
- Default Behavior: Recognition results are shown on a confirmation screen. Data is saved to Apple HealthKit only when you tap "Save".
- Auto-Save Option: If you enable "Auto-Save" in Settings, high-confidence results will be automatically saved to HealthKit without confirmation. Low-confidence results will still show a confirmation screen.
- How to Correct Entries: To correct a value, delete the incorrect entry in the iOS Health app and then re-scan or re-input. Please refer to the Health app for detailed instructions.
- Disclaimer: We are not liable for inaccurate data recorded due to OCR or voice misrecognition.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that OCR or voice recognition results will always be accurate.
10. Pricing
Free for the first 15 uses. Use "Restore Purchase" if you've previously purchased.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Translations
The Japanese version of these Terms of Service is the authoritative text. In case of any conflict between translated versions and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail. However, this does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region of residence.
