- 自動記録（オプション）: 設定で「自動記録」をオンにすると、高信頼度の認識結果は確認画面なしで自動的にカレンダーに記録されます
認識精度が低い場合は、自動記録がオンでも確認画面が表示されます。
保存前の場合: 確認画面で数値を確認できます。正しくないと思ったら「記録しない」を選択し、再度音声入力してください。
保存後の場合: 誤った数値が保存された場合は、iOSのカレンダーアプリから該当イベントを削除してください。

- デバイス内保存情報: 無料使用回数、購入状態、設定情報。当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
- 収集しない情報: 本アプリでは広告SDKやアナリティクスサービスを使用せず、ユーザー登録機能もありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
乳幼児の身長・体重・頭囲・胸囲の記録と成長管理支援、成長変化の表示。これ以外の目的には利用しません。
3. 第三者への提供
当社は音声データやカレンダーデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有しません。
4. カレンダーデータの取り扱い
- カレンダーデータを広告、マーケティング、データマイニング目的で使用しません
- カレンダーデータをデータブローカーに販売しません
- 当社はカレンダーデータを当社の外部サーバーに送信・保存しません。カレンダーの同期（iCloud等）の挙動は、ユーザーの端末設定およびAppleの仕様に従います
- カレンダーへのアクセスはiOSの設定からいつでも取り消せます
5. セキュリティ対策
データ最小化設計、原則として端末内での処理、Keychainによる機密情報保護を採用しています。
6. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは保護者が乳幼児の成長を記録するためのアプリです。13歳未満のお子様が単独で本アプリを使用することは想定していません。記録される成長データ（身長・体重等）は保護者のデバイス内のカレンダーに保存され、当社が運用するサーバーへの送信はありません。
7. ユーザーの権利
- すべてのユーザー: 成長データの管理・削除はiOSのカレンダーアプリから該当イベントを削除することで可能です。カレンダーへのアクセス権限はiOSの設定からいつでも取り消せます。
- EU/EEA居住者（GDPR）: 苦情申立て権、同意の撤回権。
- カリフォルニア州居住者（CCPA/CPRA）: 知る権利、削除権、オプトアウト権。
- 中国居住者（PIPL）: 知る権利、閲覧・複製権、削除権。当社が運営するサーバーへの国外移転は行いません。ただし、iCloud同期等のAppleサービスは、ユーザー設定およびAppleの仕様に依存します。
- 韓国居住者（PIPA）: 処理中止要求権。
- ブラジル居住者（LGPD）: データ移行要求権。
8. お問い合わせについて
ユーザーが当社へお問い合わせを行う場合、当社は返信対応のために、メールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を取得・利用します。これらの情報はサポート対応の目的にのみ用い、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。対応完了後は合理的な期間で削除または匿名化します。
9. 準拠法と管轄
本ポリシーは日本法を準拠法とします。各地域の居住者には該当する法律（GDPR、CCPA/CPRA、PIPL、LGPD、PIPA）が適用されます。
10. 多言語版について

2. 利用開始と同意
ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロードし、インストールまたは利用を開始した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意しない場合、本アプリをご利用いただくことはできません。
3. 本アプリの概要と対応機器
本アプリは、音声認識技術を用いて乳幼児の身長・体重・頭囲・胸囲を認識し、iOSのカレンダー（EventKit）に成長記録として保存するアプリケーションです。
- 入力方法: 音声認識（Apple Speech Framework）による数値入力に対応しています。音声データは認識処理後に即時破棄され、当社のサーバーへの送信はありません。
- 記録先: 認識された数値はiOSのカレンダーアプリにイベントとして保存されます。iCloudカレンダー同期を有効にしている場合、データはAppleの仕様に従い同期されます。
- 対応範囲: 体重1.0kg〜30.0kg、身長30.0cm〜130.0cm、頭囲20.0cm〜60.0cm、胸囲20.0cm〜80.0cmの範囲に対応しています。
- 対応デバイス: iOS 17.0以降を搭載したiPhone。
4. プライバシーポリシーおよびカレンダーデータの取り扱い
当社は、本アプリの利用に関連して取り扱う情報を別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
カレンダー(EventKit)に記録されたデータについて、当社は以下を遵守します:
- カレンダーデータを広告、マーケティング、またはデータマイニング目的で使用しません
- カレンダーデータをデータブローカーや第三者に販売・提供しません
- カレンダーデータを当社が運用するサーバーへ送信・保存しません
5. 禁止事項

6. 健康情報に関する注意
本アプリは一般的なウェルネスおよびフィットネス支援を目的としたものであり、医療機器ではありません。健康状態に関する疑問や不安がある場合は医師にご相談ください。
7. 音声認識の精度について
- 認識精度の非保証: 音声認識の精度は100%ではありません。
- デフォルト動作: 認識結果は確認画面に表示され、ユーザーが「記録する」を選択した場合にカレンダーへ記録されます。
- 自動記録オプション: 設定で「自動記録」を有効にした場合、高信頼度の認識結果はユーザーの確認なしに自動でカレンダーへ記録されます。低信頼度の場合は確認画面が表示されます。
- 記録後の訂正方法: 誤った値を修正したい場合は、iOSのカレンダーアプリで該当イベントを削除した上で、本アプリで再度認識・記録を行ってください。
8. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
9. 免責事項
当社は、本アプリの機能が中断なく動作すること、音声認識結果が常に正確であることを保証しません。
当社が損害賠償責任を負う場合でも、当社の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当社の責任は通常かつ直接の損害に限られます。なお、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限される範囲では本項は適用されません。
10. 料金および支払
15回まで無料でお使いいただけます。過去に購入された場合は「購入を復元」機能をご利用ください。
11. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
12. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

The app automatically evaluates voice recognition confidence.
- High confidence: Automatically saved to Calendar without confirmation
- Low confidence: A confirmation screen is shown with the detected value. "Record this value" saves it; "Don't Record" prompts you to try again with voice input.
When the app determines confidence is low, data will not be saved unless you explicitly approve it.
Before saving: If the recognition confidence is low, the app will show a confirmation screen. If the value looks incorrect, choose "Don't Record" and try again with voice input.
After saving: High-confidence readings are automatically saved. If incorrect data was saved, delete the event from the iOS Calendar app.

We employ data minimization, on-device processing where possible, Keychain protection.
6. Children's Privacy
This App is designed for parents and guardians to record their baby's growth. It is not intended for independent use by children under 13. Growth data (height, weight, etc.) is stored in the Calendar app on the parent's device and is not transmitted to servers operated by us.
7. Your Rights
- All Users: You can manage or delete calendar data through the iOS Calendar app. Calendar events remain after app uninstallation.
- EU/EEA (GDPR): Right to lodge complaints, withdraw consent.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, delete, opt-out. We don't sell personal information.
- China (PIPL): Right to know, access, correct, delete. We do not transfer your data to servers operated by us outside your country. Note that Apple services (such as iCloud sync) may involve processing outside your region depending on your settings and Apple's system behavior.
- South Korea (PIPA): Right to request processing suspension.
- Brazil (LGPD): Right to data portability.
8. When You Contact Us
If you contact us, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message to respond to your inquiry. We use this information solely for customer support and do not share it with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Japanese law. Regional laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL, LGPD, PIPA) apply to respective residents.
10. Translations
The Japanese version of this Privacy Policy is the authoritative text. In case of any conflict between translated versions and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail. However, this does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable regulations in your country or region of residence.

3. App Description and Compatibility
The App uses voice recognition (Apple Speech Framework) to recognize baby height, weight, head circumference, and chest circumference measurements, and saves them as events in the iOS Calendar (EventKit) for growth tracking.
- Input Method: Voice recognition for measurement input. Voice audio is discarded immediately after recognition processing and is not transmitted to servers operated by us.
- Data Storage: Recognized measurements are saved as events in the iOS Calendar app. If iCloud Calendar sync is enabled, data is synced according to Apple's specifications.
- Measurement Range: Weight 1.0kg–30.0kg, Height 30.0cm–130.0cm, Head Circumference 20.0cm–60.0cm, Chest Circumference 20.0cm–80.0cm
- Supported Devices: iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later
4. Privacy Policy and Calendar Data Handling
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

- Violating any laws or third-party rights

6. Health Disclaimer
This App is for general wellness and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
7. Voice Recognition Accuracy
- No Guarantee: Voice recognition accuracy is not 100%.
- Default Behavior: Recognition results are shown on a confirmation screen. The data is saved only when you tap "Save".
- Auto-Save Option: If you enable "Auto-Save" in Settings, high-confidence results will be automatically saved to Calendar without confirmation. Low-confidence results will still show a confirmation screen.
- How to Correct Entries: To correct a value, delete the incorrect event in the iOS Calendar app and then re-record.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Pricing
Free for the first 15 uses. Use "Restore Purchase" if you've previously purchased.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Translations
